Due to the nature of our live market, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or swaps of any kind - including if you ordered the wrong size.

But good news is you can always resell if you no longer want your item. If there is a problem with an item you received, you must contact us in writing within 3 business days of receiving. 

Should you have any issues with your order please contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you to resolve the situation in a fast and fair manner.  Please include a detailed description of the problem, photos of the issue and photo showing verification tag still intact. 

StockX verification tags that are attached to items must not be removed, or the items will not be eligible for return or exchange under any circumstance (including damage in transit).
