Due to the nature of our hands-on authentication process, we simply can’t change shipping labels once an order has been confirmed. We apologize if this has caused any inconvenience or issue with your StockX experience. 

But you can enroll in UPS My Choice, where you can manage all of your StockX deliveries and get live updates on their status. My Choice enables you to have packages re-routed to your office, left with a neighbor, and more.

You can also always change your shipping address for future orders under the settings tab on “My Account.” Go to Shipping Info and select “edit” to update your information.
